I never got a tracking email
Check spam and any promotions tab first, then search for “Ottergami dispatch”. If it is not there, the address may have a typo. Send us the order number and we will resend it.
Tracking has not moved
Scans can pause in a hub, especially over a weekend. If there is no movement for three working days, tell us and we will chase the courier or send a replacement.
I need to change my address
If the order has not been dispatched we can edit it. Email us within an hour of ordering and we will catch it before it is packed.
Will I pay customs in the EU?
No. EU parcels ship with DHL on delivered duty paid terms, so VAT and duties are settled before it reaches you.
My parcel arrived damaged
Photograph the box and the notebook and send both with your order number. We replace damaged orders without asking you to post anything back.
